As the year draws to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the major healing lessons of 2022. These are derived from my own personal life, but I’m sure many of these points will resonate with you deeply.
Join me for this episode of Inner Work where we take stock of the past year and explore what we’ve learned, what we’ve let go of, what we must still release, and what lessons we can bring with us into the next year.
This episode focuses primarily on the healing process – whether you’re healing your emotions, mindset, physical body, relationships, or any other area of your life.

I enjoyed this episode even though I (thankfully) am not in need of physical healing at this point. But I AM very much in a “growth cycle” (we all know what that means!) and it occurred to me as I listened that the “healing” lessons also apply to growth. I wish Josephine good health and thank her for sharing her experience to the benefit of all.
Hi Diane! Thank you for taking the time to listen to this, and for relating to these healing lessons on the levels that are meaningful for you (perhaps more emotionally and spiritually rather than physically). Wishing you lots of expansion and joy as you move through your growth cycle!
