Purchases, Refunds & Cancellations
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from this website. By making a purchase you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
All services are non-refundable.
There are no partial refunds or credit given for missed classes in a series of classes or events being offered by Josephine Hardman. If you miss a class in a series, all monies paid are forfeit. No credit will be issued.
Cancellations by client
If you must cancel an appointment or workshop attendance, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at [email protected] or by phone (561-706-4639 in the US).
Cancellations by Purefield
If a class, workshop, or appointment is canceled due to emergency, low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given (or the appointment/class will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time). All refunds are issued in the same manner as the payment was received.
Your appointment begins and ends at the time booked. No partial refunds or additional time will be allotted. If you are late you cut into your appointment slot, so please be mindful of traffic and delays in advance. We cannot extend the time of your appointment if you are late.
Courses & Services
Prices for our courses and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any course or service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to Site users or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a course or service.
Certain courses and services may be available exclusively online through the website.
