This could be an issue or pattern (or even physical symptom) you’ve faced many times before. Sometimes, it feels like it goes into “remission” or like you’ve finally moved beyond it, but then it pops up again when you least expect it. Gah! Having a human experience can be so tough.
I offer some real talk on how to face these old demons again when they pop up. The major focus of the episode is on how to move through the intense feelings that can come up in these moments: shame, anger, frustration, hopelessness, discouragement, sometimes even despair.
I also lay out 4 specific suggestions for helping yourself face the same old issue, pattern, or symptom more compassionately and productively when it does show up.
