Erin Heisel, Ph.D. is a coach, writer, and founder of Aligned Insight Coaching, where she helps thoughtful, growth-minded people reconnect with their inner wisdom and move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention. Before entering the coaching space, Erin was a professional classical singer, performing on 4 continents, a researcher in the fields of play theory, postmodernism, and mindfulness, presenting research in 3 languages at conferences in the U.S. and abroad, and a college professor. After leaving academia, she worked in the startup space, doing L&D research, design, and facilitation for professional development, content marketing & management, member success, and sales. She left the startup world in December 2024 to launch her own coaching business.
